Studio £500.00 plus VAT(£600.00)
1 Bedroom £500.00 plus VAT(£600.00)
2 Bedrooms £500.00 plus VAT(£600.00)
3 Bedrooms £600.00 plus VAT(£720.00)
4 Bedrooms and above £700.00 plus VAT(£840.00)
We do not charge any fees to our Landlords separate to the main lettings fee on completion of the Letting which are as follows
